Privacy policy

When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, ZIP code, email if given, and what you need cleaned. We use them only to reply to you, prepare your quote and schedule service.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

How we store it

Quote requests are stored in a secure database and emailed to our team. We keep them as long as needed to serve you and meet record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, contact us at info@odkservice.com or (619) 000-0000. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete personal information.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use advertising cookies to understand which pages are useful.
