When duct cleaning is worth it
After a remodel that produced drywall dust, after moving into a home with pets or smokers, after wildfire smoke events, when you see dust puffing from registers, or when there is visible debris or pest activity in the ducts.
If you only notice a little dust on furniture, a better filter and regular replacement may be enough. We will tell you if cleaning is not needed.
What we clean
Supply and return ducts, register boots, grilles, the return plenum and the blower compartment where accessible. We show you before and after photos from inside the ducts.

Air Duct Cleaning FAQ
How often should air ducts be cleaned in San Diego?
Every 3 to 5 years for most homes, sooner after renovations, wildfire smoke, pest problems or with several pets.
Does air duct cleaning help with allergies?
It removes accumulated dust, dander and pollen from the system, which can reduce what recirculates. Pair it with a quality filter changed on schedule for the best result.
How long does air duct cleaning take?
About 2 to 4 hours for a typical single-family home, depending on the number of vents and access to the system.
